· Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from date of issue.
· Non-refundable and not exchangeable for cash.
· Redeemable online or in-store at Hobby Square Singapore.
· Online purchases allow partial redemption till balance is fully utilized; walk-in store redemptions must be used in full.
· The unique generated voucher code cannot be retrieved once lost.
· Treat vouchers as cash; lost or stolen vouchers cannot be replaced.
